Experience

TXU Energy 2000-2015: Account Executive - Large Commercial and Industrial (LCI) accounts and sales executive. Sold electricity and natural gas to customers in Texas.

TXU Corp 1996-2000: Senior Customer Service Representative – conducted bill inquires, developed and initiated customer service & marketing programs, assisted developers with subdivision and commercial property development, performed energy audits, and supported local city management in tariff and rate issues.

TU Services 1993-1996: Buyer for Production, Transmission, and Distribution – Procured gases, chemicals, pole line hardware, poles, capital equipment and negotiated capital leasing agreements.

TU Electric 1990-1993: Customer Service and Marketing Representative – assisted customers with bill investigations, energy audits, and negotiated claims for and against TU Electric.

TU Services 1987-1990: Internal Auditor – Performed audits in district offices, functional audits of various company divisions, real estate and right of way, and rate audits.

Texas Utilities Generating Company 1983-1987: Power Plant Operations – Coal fired generation

Henderson Clay Products 1980-1983: Sales Representative – Inside sales representative for east Texas region; scheduled approximately 50% of all production for residential sites.
